طلب حذف حساب Eleganote

يمكنك استخدام Eleganote بدون حساب. إذا أنشأت حساباً (بريد إلكتروني أو Google)، يمكنك طلب حذف حساب المصادقة والبيانات المرتبطة به كما يلي.

خطوات حذف الحساب

افتح تطبيق Eleganote.
من شاشة الملف الشخصي، اضغط تسجيل الخروج إن كنت مسجلاً الدخول.
أرسل بريداً إلى anasraad6888@gmail.com من نفس البريد المرتبط بحسابك، مع عنوان: طلب حذف حساب Eleganote.
سنحذف حساب Firebase Authentication الخاص بك خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى بعد التحقق.

ما الذي يُحذف؟

حساب المصادقة (البريد، الاسم، معرّف الجلسة) من Firebase.
رموز OAuth المحلية لـ Google Drive و Dropbox على جهازك عند إلغاء الربط أو إزالة التطبيق.

ما الذي لا يُحذف تلقائياً؟

الملاحظات على جهازك: تبقى حتى تحذفها أو ت uninstall التطبيق.
نسخ Google Drive / Dropbox: تبقى في حسابك السحابي حتى تحذف مجلد Eleganote Backups يدوياً.

حذف البيانات دون حذف الحساب

يمكنك دائماً:

حذف مستندات وملاحظات داخل التطبيق.
إلغاء ربط Google Drive أو Dropbox من إعدادات النسخ الاحتياطي.
إزالة التطبيق لحذف البيانات المحلية من جهازك.

Eleganote account deletion request

You can use Eleganote without an account. If you created one (email or Google sign-in), follow these steps to request deletion of your authentication account.

Steps to delete your account

Open the Eleganote app.
From Profile, tap Sign out if you are signed in.
Email anasraad6888@gmail.com from the same address linked to your account with subject: Eleganote Account Deletion Request.
We will delete your Firebase Authentication account within 30 days after verification.

What is deleted

Authentication account (email, display name, session identifiers) from Firebase.
Local OAuth tokens for Google Drive and Dropbox when you disconnect or uninstall.

What is not deleted automatically

Notes on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app.
Google Drive / Dropbox backups until you delete the Eleganote Backups folder in your cloud account.

Delete data without deleting your account

You can always delete notes in the app, disconnect cloud backup, or uninstall to remove local data.
